You can download the iPhone App by searching for tp-hoops in the App Store.
I have not tested the Android one, but I did search in the google play store and used the same search and found the app. The logo is shown on the right:
Going into the Final 4, there are a total of 8 scenarios left.
They provide the opportunity for 3 different winners (no ties remaining).
They provide the opportunity for 7-8 people to take home some money.
